Why can’t I find my size in the product listing?

If you are unable to find your desired size in the product listing, you may drop a note. We will verify if there are any pairs available.

My shoes disintegrate even though I didn’t wear it much

Due to the nature of the materials used, we encourage regularly usage. Storing the shoes for a long time without any usage or exposure might cause the material to disintegrate before the cycle life of your shoes.

How do I measure my feet to measure the correct fit?

To measure your foot, the heel needs to be resting against a wall and with a pen marked the end of the foot with the tip of the finger. To achieve the best fit, do get a size bigger than usual so as to not create pressure for your feet due to insufficient room space. So compared to a conventional shoe the number could be higher.

How do I check if my MBT shoes are authentic?

Unfortunately, there are a number of companies offering MBTs on unauthorized websites. We therefore strongly recommend you purchase MBTs only through approved MBT stores and dealers who are trained to ensure you can enjoy the unique experience when wearing our MBT footwear.

Simply find the Certilogo label and code in every MBT left shoe, and visit the link provided here for the authentication portal to confirm authenticity of your product.

The objective of this service is to create an effective deterrent against counterfeiting, while helping to protect consumers from fakes off and online.

What qualifies as a possible successful return?

The return process must be initiated within 15 days of order receipt, starting from the day of receipt of the ordered products. 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
Payment Modes
Will my orders be applicable to taxes?
According to the Australia government, any orders above $1,000 AUD will be subjected to duties, taxes or charges.  You will also have to fill in a special form call the Import Declaration form. 
However, if your order is below $1,000 AUD, you will not be liable for any charges.

Is there any warranty for MBT shoes? What does the warranty covers? 

MBTs have six months warranty from date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer's defect and if this occurs the manufacturer reserves the right to either repair or replace. The warranty does NOT cover wear and tear either normal or due to incorrect usage or incorrect care of the MBTs. Alterations of any nature made to a MBT product will void the warranty. When requesting for warranty to take effect, do send in your invoice as well as your photos of the shoes defects for verification purposes. 

Am I charged 3% for overseas transaction? What should I do?

If you are paying by credit card, each item you add into your shopping cart is automatically subjected to 3% off the overseas transaction fee. 
If you are paying by Paypal, the fees will be covered by us on the Paypal platform directly.
